Dinner at Chez Stephanie

Stephanie invited me over to dinner with her friend and roommate today. How cool of her (and much better than me buying some food and taking it home)! So we started with a salad with brie and caramelized walnuts followed by 2 kinds of fish with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Desert was a cake from Cheesecake, ice cream and mochi. Let’s just say that we know how to live large (food wise anyhow).

After dinner, Preeti was soooooo cool as a host and she’s gave me some very flattering comments [blush]. Anyhow… very very cool. Great food (which reminds me, Stephanie is an amazing cook…. lets just say I’m surprised) and great company. Thanks for the wonderful evening!
